On your booking, please insert all your personal details (please be sure that you insert your mobile number in case we need to contact you on your holidays).
On your booking you can request your baby & child seats, we’ll be happy to provide them for free.
If there is any information that we should now like golf bag’s, folded wheelchair, bikes, directions to a private address, please write it on the “special requirements field”.
How do I find my driver at Faro Airport?
Look for a driver with a sign with your name.
On the arrival to Faro Airport, after collecting your luggage pass through customs and turn left. On your left hand side close to the tourism office look for a driver with a sign with your name on it. After carry your luggage your driver will take you to your destination. No extra-stops or shared transfers, he will transport you to the exact address on your booking. It’s time to enjoy your smooth trip.
How do I find my driver at the Hotel (or similar)?
We will meet you at your accommodation door.
On the way back, please ensure that you are waiting in the main lobby of your accommodation. Your driver will be waiting for you at the time and place stated in your booking confirmation.
Our suggested pickup time is based on your flight time and the time it will take to get to the airport. We suggest you to arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to your departure flight time.
Private Transfer
This service provides a transfer between two points chosen by the client.
In case of an airport arrival, the service initiates as soon as the client completes the check-in.
The client will not have wait for any other clients and no additional stops will be made except for those previously requested by the client.
